          Situation: CyVerse has moved to an annual subscription model - see details here: https://cyverse.org/subscribe

          The nowlanf account is used for testing and owns or is admin for data and communities (see IGBF-3150 for a complete list). The nowlanf account is over the basic data and computation limit, and therefore will need to be made a pro account.

          Task: Purchase a pro subscription for the nowlanf CyVerse account.
