When using the Quickload Saver app, choosing to "Save Custom Genome to Local Quickload Site" does not use the native file chooser on Windows or Linux. It does appear to use the native file chooser on Mac. Tested and present on IGB 9.1.8 and 9.1.10
To reproduce on Windows:
1. Run IGB and install Quickload Saver App.
2. Open a genome.
3. File > Save Custom Genome to Local Quickload Site
4. Observe non-native file chooser opens.
It should be using the native file chooser.
