          Description

          Now that a hub-facade web application retrieves "menu.css" and "menu.html" from a bioviz repository, and then edits menu.html to point to the main bioviz host, we need to enable configuration of the specific repository and host, as was done for the app store.

          For this task, configure the settings.ini setup that happens in the "settings" role so that these parameters are properly configured.
