Get Nowlan branch running on IntelliJ IDE

          Description

          Situation: Nowlan has been using Netbeans with IGB. It is possible that other IDE such as IntelliJ may provide more information about the OSGI wiring issues we are experiencing while trying to upgrade IGB to run on Java 11.

          Task: Get Nowlan's IGBF-3142 branch to build in IntelliJ.

              After cloning Dr Freese's Branch, IGBF-3142 , and changing the head to the commit, cf851f5 , I was able to build the IGB jar file. Running the jarfile, however, hit a known error where the bash script was not able to access the file in Windows. Working on the solution in fixing the permissions and the path to the jar file in the script.
