                To test:

                1. Download IGBF-3319 installer: https://bitbucket.org/nfreese/nowlanfork-igb/downloads/
                2. Install and run IGB
                3. Check that the igb version is listed as 9.1.12

                Note: I updated the igbVersion in both install4jv8_config.xml and install4jv9.install4j as the version was specified in both files and I was unclear which version we are currently using.
