              I took at look at the new organization of the repository by exploring the commit (from above) and browsing the source code for the branch here: https://bitbucket.org/mdavis4290/molly3-flavonoid-rnaseq/src/IGBF-3372/.

              It looks good, but I noticed we have a few aspects that are still a bit confusing. We can address those in a future branch, however.

              The proposed changes here for branch IGBF-3372 are good. Moving forward to "Ready for Pull Request."
