Refer to the F3H over-expression line as VF36-T3 instead of OX3 or OE3

          Description

          Muday Lab expressed preference for referring the over-expression lines as "VF36-T3" instead of what we were calling them.

          For this task, confirm with Gloria that this is they want.
          Then, modify the sample titles in the SRA to use the new naming system.
          Also, modify our plot-generation code to use the new naming scheme.
          Focus on the plots that Muday would like to include in the paper.
          If a plot is not included in the paper, we don't need to change it, probably.
