Expand Git documentation for Windows users

          Description

          Situation: We have git documentation in the developer's guide and in the canvas class. However, we have noticed that additional information about using git through the terminal on Windows would be beneficial.

          Task: Create additional documentation with how to best set up and use git through the terminal on windows. We can also include a cheat sheet for commands that are frequently used, such as how to squash commits.

                First level review complete. Some cosmetic edits were made to the document but otherwise the documentation is fine so far.
