Investigate removal of Jidesoft Ultimate from IGB project

          Description

          Following IGBF-3452, the major roadblock in running IGB project is Jidesoft ultimate which is not compatible with Java 11.

                During meeting after scrum, discussed above:

                • We have discovered to our great sadness that we CANNOT use Jidesoft anymore because Jidesoft components DO NOT work with any version of Java that is higher than JDK8
                • We all agree that eliminated JideSoft from main-JDK8 first is the best strategy for us
                • We all recall from previous work that the "color combobox" used throughout the code base for users to select colors is essential
                • This means: we remove JideSoft components, including the combobox, but we replace the combobox with a new component that we write
                • This new component will provide the functionality of the color combo box with no loss of usability (i.e., you don't have to make more clicks to achieve the same goal)

                After discussion with Karthik we think it would be best to try to remove/replace Jidesoft in mainJDK8 so that we can see the effect.

                Removing jidesoft requires the changing parent classes of JRPStyledTable and StyledJTable, which, in turn, leads to creation of a few empty classes in the commit.
