              Reviewed code so far. We also discussed the general approach with David, and he felt this was the correct direction for this project.

              We are not going to push these changes to the lorainelab fork yet as the project is not in a testable state.

              Added model classes according to the JSON response from the API and integrated the API as well to get the available genomes from the provided UCSC Rest API.
