The issue of not being able to edit pages of the User's Guide was fixed by doing the following:
Have an administrator (in this case, Dr. Freese) navigate to Administration > General Configuration > Collaborative editing in Confluence. Click Change Mode. Switch Collaborative Editing to Off.

Broken links were fixed by doing the following:
- Have an administrator (in this case, Dr. Freese) navigate to https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/plugins/servlet/upm/manage/all. Scroll down to "Confluence HTML Macros". Click where it says "disabled" to enable HTML.
We suspect these features were modified during an update of Confluence.
Tested with Dr. Freese, works as expected. Marking this as closed.

When I go to Edit any of these pages in the User's Guide, the page gets stuck while loading and an error pops up that reads, "This page is taking longer to load than usual. Give it a few moments, then try refreshing. Still having issues? Contact your Confluence admin." This may be an issue with Confluence that needs to addressed before the links can be fixed.
