Description
We need to set up office hours so that users can get in touch with me (Paige) for help with any questions, especially now that we'll be hosting more workshops and doing more outreach. To set up these hours, we will need to:
- Determine when these office hours should be and at what frequency they'll occur
- Set up a zoom link for users to access
- Advertise these office hours on bioviz.org and on the IGB google group
- Include these office hours at the end of future workshops/presentations so that users know how to get in touch if they run into any issues

We will now be holding weekly office hours to answer any of your questions about IGB! Office hours will be on Tuesdays, 11:30AM-12:30PM ET, via this link: https://charlotte-edu.zoom.us/j/93684064365?pwd=Uy9WemJpcGNnNzZHWkt2WlgzOGt6UT09 (Meeting ID: 936 8406 4365, Passcode: 679408). To protect everyone’s privacy during these meetings, you will be placed in a waiting room until we can admit you. Can you take a look at the .gitignore file in your branch? There's a conflict between the branch's .gitignore and the current .gitignore in main, which is preventing me from merging your new code.
My suggestion:
- rebase your branch on the last version of "main" to resolve the conflict.
That should fix the problem, and then I can merge the PR.

I've edited the .gitignore file in my branch and then rebased onto main! Here's what that looked like:

Hopefully that all looks correct and fixes the merge conflict, but please let me know if I missed anything!

We chatted briefly in scrum today that hosting office hours once a week for one hour would be a good frequency to get started at. I will plan to host them on Tuesdays at 11:30-12:30ET.
