Set up office hours and advertise them accordingly

          Description

          We need to set up office hours so that users can get in touch with me (Paige) for help with any questions, especially now that we'll be hosting more workshops and doing more outreach. To set up these hours, we will need to:

          • Determine when these office hours should be and at what frequency they'll occur
          • Set up a zoom link for users to access
          • Advertise these office hours on bioviz.org and on the IGB google group
          • Include these office hours at the end of future workshops/presentations so that users know how to get in touch if they run into any issues
