          Description

          Directory: /projects/tomato_genome/fnb/dataprocessing/seedlingPollen/nfcore-SL4

          It seems that the mature pollen and seedling data on the cluster was never run with SL4. This is important because we want to compare the original data with the rerun data. So to do that we have to run nextflow with the original data with SL4 to make comparisons.
