          Description

          The IGB Helper account was not being closely monitored before I joined the team, so several user comments and questions have gone unanswered, specifically on YouTube, but potentially on other platforms, too.

          Go through all of our social media accounts and address any comments/questions that were made within the past 6 months.

Mention in your responses that a new version of IGB is about to be released, and office hours will soon be available if they still have any questions.                 • All questions in the IGB Help Desk Google Group have been answered by either Dr. Freese or Dr. Loraine.
                • There was one question asked on BioStars in the last year that we haven't responded to, but it was already answered by another user.
                • I've looked through our YouTube comments and found three questions, one of which I answered, one of which I didn't answer because it was asking about RNA-seq analyses not related to IGB, and one of which I'll need to answer after we've tested Nebula Genomics CRAM data in IGB and pushed the code changes that enable BioViz Connect to work with CRAM data.

                Moving this ticket back to To-Do for now until I can answer that final question on YouTube
