          Description

          GOAL: To run the tool DEML on the Rasha's single cell RNA-Seq dataset.

          Paige made the suggestion that this tool can read the "i files" that come with the RNA-seq single data.

          So we should run the tool, see data. And based on this pilot run, decide next steps.
