          Description

          GOAL: To run a straightforward alignment on the single cell data set of Rasha's.

          Run both Star and Hiseq. (and others? BWA?)

          Align to SL5.

          The purpose is to see how these sequences align. What percentages do we see and are they comparable to previous tomato sequences?
          What happens when we view these in IGB? How do they look?
          Let's report our observations!
