Add ProtAnnot icon to context menu that appears right-click gene models

          Description

          Recently we modified ProtAnnot so that when it is installed and a user right-clicks a gene model, the context menu that appears displays the option to "Start ProtAnnot."

          Let's also add the ProtAnnot logo / icon, just as we have done for main "Tools" menu in IGB.

          Apologies for Kaushik Gopu for not realizing there was another place in IGB to add the ProtAnnot logo!

                Tested as part of IGBF-3518. ProtAnnot icon is visible in the right-click menu.

                Tested on Mac using Dylan's branch.

                I am able to install ProtAnnot and the ProtAnnot icon shows in the right-click menu on a gene annotation.

                Ready for pull request.
