          Description

          There are a number of conferences coming up that have abstract submission deadlines in April. Here is a table summarizing which conferences Dr. Loraine, Dr. Freese, and Paige are hoping to attend this year/early next year and when they need to submit abstracts by (you can also find this information in the spreadsheet linked here):

                Next steps:

                • Decide if we want to do a workshop/tutorial for SDB ($2,000 covers cost of one registration).
                • Submit abstract for Galaxy.
                • Submit abstract for ISMB.

                • Let's put the related tickets into this new epic.
                • Let's move all comments for specific abstracts and conferences into separate tickets for those conferences.

                I think we should do this because this ticket will not close for weeks and weeks because it will take weeks and weeks for us to draft and submit abstracts for all the upcoming conferences listed.
