          Description

          Create an Excel sample sheet for SRP499796, the 120 minute ARE data.

          The sample sheet should be suitable input for makeAnnotsXml.py script.

          Suggestion:

          Start with a the output of the SRA Run selector, since it contains the mapping between SRR run identifiers and sample names.

                Sorry, it looks like my comment on a related ticket is redundant with this.

                Change request:

                • Make a new folder "Documentation" inside "ARE-120min-analysis" and put the excel spreadsheets inside there

                Note: I had to make a sample sheet for the original ARE data as it wasn't created before so I will add that to the repo as well but only add the SRA submission spreadsheet to makeAnnotsXml.py script. Also once the spreadsheets are merged to the main repo then I will add the code to makeAnnotsXml.py script and create another commit because it it is another directory.
