Create patch fix for IGB 10.0.1

          Description

          Situation: There are two bugs present in the IGB release-10.0.0 branch that we should address in a patch fix:

          • IGBF-3650: Color by heatmap editor fails to work
          • IGBF-3670: BigWig and BigBed files fail to load when spaces are present in path

          Task:

          • Create a new branch off of release-10.0.0.
          • Increment the version to 10.0.1.
          • Add the fixes from IGBF-3650 and IGBF-3670.
          • Test the new branch.
          • Release the new branch.

                Tested SourceForge installers on Mac/Windows/Linux without issue.
                Tested update installers in IGB on Mac/Windows/Linux without issue.
                Tested BioViz.org installers on Mac/Windows/Linux without issue.

                ann.loraine Ann Loraine added a comment - Update: I downloaded and notarized the MacOS installer I uploaded the newly notarized MacOS installer to the Downloads section of the team repository Link to notarized MacOS installer: https://bitbucket.org/lorainelab/integrated-genome-browser/downloads/IGB-macos-universal-10.0.1.dmg I download the signed Windows installer from link provided in the previous comment and then uploaded it to the team repository

                Tested on Mac, Windows, and Linux. Working as expected.

                To test:

                1. Download IGBF-3670-V10.0.1 installer: https://bitbucket.org/nfreese/nowlanfork-igb/downloads/
                2. Follow testing instructions in IGBF-3650
                3. Follow testing instructions in IGBF-3670
                4. Make sure that the IGB version is listed as 10.0.1
