Description
Currently Mark Johnsons data is within the splicing analysis repository. Instead we should create a new repo on bitbucket that is just for marks data.

Suggestion: Let's rename the alternative splicing directory to something that better reflects that type of original data described - i.e., coming from the Johnson laboratory - within the repository.
I don't think we need to do this during the current sprint, which we probably should dedicate to preparing for the Galaxy Community Conference.
Moving this to a different sprint.
