          Description

          The goal of this task to to create a Google slide deck that can be shared with the Tomato group and eventually used as a presentation for a Tuesday group meeting.

                Many slides are in place.

                Only a few days remain however.

                The entire pipeline will likely not be completed and presentation will highlight what has been done so far and what remains to be completed.
                This will give the tomato people a chance to inquire about side tasks that we can add to the reference free alignment project (IBGF-2741, 3733).

                This has been delayed by 2 weeks.
                Gloria was chatting with Joelle and they agree that Joelle will present on June 4.

                This give me a chance to move further into the pipeline for June 18 presentation.
