          Description

          Situation: Paige and Nowlan are going to the SDB conference in Summer 2024. They need a flyer to put on the table that advertises the new weekly help sessions. We have also been asked to advertise our new weekly help sessions at the upcoming NCRC Research Notes (12 June 2024), and this flyer would be a great way to do so.

          Task: Create a flyer with necessary information about weekly office hours and contact information by June 12th. Print 50 or so copies to distribute at NCRC Research Notes.

              I viewed the newest flyer and I think it looks great! Addresses the sizing of the contact information and weekly help session information. The inclusion of the 'Explore and Analyze Large-Scale Genomic Data' is good as well!

              After input from Dr. Loraine and Paige I made some changes to aid in readability of the IGB image used on the flyer as well as the help session / contact information provided in the 'footer' section of the flyer.

              V3_Front and V3_Back are added to highlight the weekly help session page and emphasize when the sessions are going to be. Zoom link is also provided!
