Finalize a workshop outline for ASPB 2024

          Description

          Situation: I've created an outline for the ASPB 2024 workshop and have run through it several times with my colleagues. Now that I've compiled all of my notes from those run-throughs, it's time to finalize the outline.

          Task: Incorporate comments and suggested changes to the draft outline, and remove any sections that aren't necessary so that the workshop doesn't go over its 45 minute allotment. Then, create a very brief script/list of talking points from this finalized outline.

                I've incorporated all of the feedback given to me by my colleagues after several run-throughs of the workshop. For next steps, I will record the next weekly help session where I plan to give one final practice run-through. Then, I will link to where the reviewer of this ticket can find that recording and give me any remaining feedback on the outline.

                Moving this back to to-do for now until the next weekly help session.

                A recording of the latest workshop run-through (2024-05-30) has been added to Dropbox (IGB > Videos > Weekly Help Sessions). I made minor changes to the workshop outline, mostly incorporating feedback I got during this run-through.

                For review, take a look at the workshop outline and skim through the recording of the latest run-through (if you'd like). This ticket can probably be closed once that's done. With the outline complete, next steps will be to add resources to the Canvas page which is being distributed for the workshop.
