Change wiki.transvar.org to wiki.bioviz.org/confluence in IGB codebase

          Description

          Situation: When IGB starts for the first time it opens automatically opens a web browser showing the quick start page of the IGB users guide. Currently IGB is pointing at the wiki.transvar.org page, which is no longer available. The new page is hosted at wiki.bioviz.org.

          Task: Update the IGB codebase to wiki.bioviz.org

              Tested main branch installer on Mac.

              On fresh startup IGB opened a link to the correct page (https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/display/igbman/Quick+Start). The link to Go To IGB User's Guide navigated to https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/display/igbman. Weblinks link navigated to https://wiki.bioviz.org/confluence/display/igbman/Configuring+Web+links+%28LinkOuts%29+to+external+sites.

              PR is merged. New installers are built and deployed to bioviz.org "early access" section.

              • Pull my branch (IGBF-3745) and search for any instances of wiki.transvar (there should be none).
              • Check that each new URL changed in the commit works.
