      Description

      Situation: We talked to several individuals at SDB2024 that do research with species we don't currently support in IGB (see below). These genomes don't appear to be available on either ensembl or UCSC, only NCBI.

      Task: Make separate tickets to add or update the following genomes in IGB:

This is the primary document with instructions for adding a genome to IGB: How we add new genomes to IGB Quickload using UCSC Genome Informatics as a data source After preparing the files you will need to push them to our subversion repository.
