Context for the above email: I worried my google-doc-generated invitation email somehow got mis-routed since the recipient email address is not a google domain address.

I feel like an image and a caption makes for good contribution units that can be squeezed in some place.
We have a few in the Google doc a few comments up.

Updated the IGB section to include the Supp. figure from Anthony's are paper where he uses IGB to highlight the point mutation in ARE. This might be a good visual for the poster.

I made a doc to hold the pieces that we can share with Ravi.

My lab is working on providing some graphics for the poster.

Since you mentioned Sept 1 as being your deadline for completing the poster, we'll pick August 25 as our "Loraine Lab" deadline to send you our materials. This will leave enough time for you to request revisions, as needed.

I think we ought to provide a candidate panel for the 2024 poster. I don't know what we should present, but here are some ideas!

• Description of the genome browser data resources with a cool coverage graph
• Description of the de novo assembly investigation
• Maybe include a track in the genome browser visualization that shows an example transcript alignment, with tracks for the read alignments used as inputs

I feel like we can make a good case for why our section needs to get a lot of real estate on the poster because we are at the end of the project, basically. We are responsible for the "data deliverables" which "come due" now and next year. So it makes sense (I think) that we ought to highlight all of that in the poster.
