          Description

          GOAL:
          To run the rnaQuast script to the de novo rnaSpades results.

          Once we have these tables, we can compare to trinity run.

          An example of the slurm script is here:
          /projects/tomato_genome/scripts/rob/rnaquastRun.slurm

          Ticket IGBF-3857 will use these results as well.
