Description
GOAL: To prep another SRA submission. This time for Rasha's single cell RNA experiments. The same data that Karthik will be playing with as part of his visualization.
This will be good to have as an SRA for consistency for viewing in IGB and consistency across all of the GTTR projects.
Mark's request at the end of our Monday scRNA meeting with Karthik and Rasha.

We have a naming convention!
Thank you for your message! The files refer to single-cell RNA sequencing data .
The conditions for the samples are as follows:
unpoll28: Unpollinated pistil at 28°C
unpoll37: Unpollinated pistil at 37°C
poll28: Pollinated pistil at 28°C
poll37: Pollinated pistil at 37°C
All samples are from the Heinz tomato cultivar. Based on this, we can rename the files to something more descriptive like:
Heinz_unpoll28_I1.fastq.gz
Heinz_unpoll28_I2.fastq.gz
Heinz_unpoll28_R1.fastq.gz
Heinz_unpoll28_R2.fastq.gz
Heinz_unpoll37_I1.fastq.gz
Heinz_unpoll37_I2.fastq.gz
Heinz_unpoll37_R1.fastq.gz
Heinz_unpoll37_R2.fastq.gz
Now to implement it.
