          * Add Data Source endpoint - OK
          * App Manager - All apps have an L next to them in the App Manager, indicating these are all stored locally rather than being accessed from BioViz...I've confirmed this is not a new issue.
          * BioViz Connect - OK
          * Bookmarks - It appears that the entire bookmarks tree is being exported at the Export Bookmarks step, rather than just specific, selected bookmarks. I've confirmed this is not a new issue.
          * Cache - OK
          * Color by... and Filter... - OK
          * Data Provider - OK
          * eFP-Seq Browser - Data loaded automatically from eFP-Seq Browser, should it not?
          * External View - OK
          * FileChooser - This was so confusing. We need a specific test case with specific instructions rather than saying "save a file", that's so vague!
          * File Formats - OK
          * Galaxy - OK
          * Image Export - saving svg/sliced view is behaving oddly. svg is opening in Chrome window by default rather than picture viewer. svg preview and image are blank, unless I open the Sliced View tab at the bottom of IGB before clicking the Save Image button. Even then, the image only saves the coordinates track rather than the full sliced view. Also, link to Sliced View page in the testing instructions is broken. I've confirmed this is not a new issue.
          * Installer - OK
          * Local Quickload - OK
          * Navigation - OK
          * ProtAnnot - ProtAnnot is installed by default - should it not be? Providing an invalid email address did not prevent results. Results don't look as expected. Errors in the log when running a second scan. I've confirmed these are not new issues.
          * Quickload Saver - OK
          * REST API Data Sources - OK
          * Search - OK
          * Soft-Clipping - OK
          * Synonyms - OK
          * Tabbed Panels - OK
          * Toolbar - OK
          * Track Operators - Annotation Tracks - I think the third image is missing an Intersection track. Also, the B not A tracks look different than the ones I'm producing, this may be a bug.
          * Track Operators - Graph Tracks - The Ratio option under Multi-Graph in the Graph tab is behaving weirdly. If this is the first operation being done, it works fine. But, if you click Go a second time, the order of the ratio (i.e., the tracks selected) flips and then persists that way.
          * Track View - OK

          * App Manager - All apps have an L next to them in the App Manager, indicating these are all stored locally rather than being accessed from BioViz...I've confirmed this is not a new issue. - Not sure why it defaults to an L for apps from app store, but I don't think it is an issue we need to address.

          * Bookmarks - It appears that the entire bookmarks tree is being exported at the Export Bookmarks step, rather than just specific, selected bookmarks. I've confirmed this is not a new issue. - I'm pretty sure the export bookmarks exports all of the bookmarks, not just the one that is selected, so I think we just need to update the release testing documentation.

          * eFP-Seq Browser - Data loaded automatically from eFP-Seq Browser, should it not? - Data are supposed to load automatically

- fixed the sliced view link. I think the functionality of the sliced view image export is working as expected. The .svg is also opening by default in Chrome, probably this is a user system setting for svg files.

          * ProtAnnot - ProtAnnot is installed by default - should it not be? Providing an invalid email address did not prevent results. Results don't look as expected. Errors in the log when running a second scan. I've confirmed these are not new issues. - Should not be installed by default (was not on my machine), but could be there if you had installed it on a previous version of IGB (apps installed on IGB 10.0.1 would still show as installed on 10.1.0). I don't think the email address has ever mattered, I think it just needs to look like an email (something@something.com). Results looked identical for me. Also seeing the error in the logs, looks like an issue that will need to be fixed in ProtAnnot, will make separate ticket (IGBF-3949) but does not need to be fixed prior to release.

          * Track Operators - Annotation Tracks - I think the third image is missing an Intersection track. Also, the B not A tracks look different than the ones I'm producing, this may be a bug. - Updated the image to include the Intersection track. The B not A track look correct to me.

- this is a known bug, though I'm not sure if there is a ticket for it. The order in which the graphs were selected is used for the first Multi-Graph Ratio output, but any subsequent Multi-Graph Ratio output is determined by which graph is on top.
