I submitted an exhibitor enquiry form today via their website (https://festivalofgenomics.com/boston/en/page/why-exhibit) with the following blurb:
I work for a research lab at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte that makes a genome browser called Integrated Genome Browser (IGB) and I'd be interested in applying to exhibit it at this conference. IGB is free and open-source software biologists use to visualize, analyze, and interpret “Seq” data, including whole genome, exome, RNA, DNA, ChIP, ATAC, etc. At its core, our browser is similar to other popular genome browsers, such as IGV and UCSC. However, IGB offers several unique features and functions, including fluid zooming, residue searching, and track customizability. We just released a new version of IGB which integrates with the UCSC Genome Browser via their API, meaning all UCSC tracks can now be viewed in IGB, too. Finally, we now offer weekly help sessions to help researchers get the most out of IGB.
