          Description

          Fix the Max Cache Size resetting issue, if you set the Max Cache Size to less than the current cache size it shows a error message that it can't be done but it doesn't reset the value to previous value. If you click the Refresh button, it changes back. Fix it so that it changes after showing the error message or while showing it whichever is possible in the code.

          Steps to reproduce:

          1. Start IGB
          2. Select the Arabidopsis thaliana genome and A_thaliana_Jun_2009 version.
          3. Click Load Sequence button on the top right.
          4. A prompt appears to store a local copy, click yes.
          5. After the sequence is loaded, go to Cache tab in Preferences.
          6. The current size must be greater than or equal to 32 MB.
          7. Change the Max Cache Size to 15 MB (less than current size) and click apply.
          8. An error popup appears on the screen saying the max size is less than current.
          9. It doesn't change the Max Cache Size back and it still says 15 MB but actually it isn't changed, if you click the refresh button it changes back.
