I used instructions in IGBF-3541 to sign the Windows installer using jsign.

The signed installer is located here: https://bitbucket.org/nfreese/test-files/downloads/

Karthik Raveendran - can you please test that the installer is signed correctly by downloading and installing.

I deployed the windows installer onto bioviz.org host.
Please check that the early access download link for windows now goes to the signed installer and that the version of the installer is as expected. (Please check that it has the correct commits since there were some problems with the Mac installer.)

I am not seeing the same error you are seeing.

Please look at the code of the page: view-source:https://bioviz.org/earlyAccessDownload.html

Can you see a problem there?

The early access Windows installer is throwing security errors.

It looks like there are multiple 10.1.0 versions in the folder: https://bioviz.org/igb/releases/early_access/
The file that is being downloaded for Windows early access is: IGB-windows-amd64-release-10.1.0.exe which is from October 21. The correct file should IGB-windows-amd64-10.1.0.exe from October 31. The code on bitbucket is pointing at the correct file, but when I go to the early access page the html is pointing at the wrong file.
