          Description

          Purpose: To explore how to generate an actual Pan genome using Cactus and it's related tool suite.

          1. Get cactus installed on cluster
          2. Decide on some Tomato genome sequence sets that can compliment Heinz
          3. Download an assortment of these
          4. Pick one 1 align to Heinz
          5. Create our first pan genome graph.
