            While testing, noticed 2 things that require attention:

            1) Plugin repositories that were added to the list under the Plugin Repository tab in Preferences were not being re-initialized in 8.4.0.
            (The added plugin repos did not appear on the list in 8.4.0 however they DID appear on the list in 8.3.0).

            2) Duplicate Data sources are being added to the list under the Data Sources tab in Preferences on 8.3.0 (but the URLs are different; the duplicate data source has a 10-digit number as the URL).

            My testing verifies that IGB is still stable and operating as expected after the refactoring. Since this story is resolved it will now be closed.
