          Description

          Dates and deadlines

          • Proposal submissions are due by February 10, 5:00 PM ET (Late submissions will not be accepted, no exceptions.)
          • Acceptance notifications will be sent to proposers in early March.
          • The ASHG 2025 Annual Meeting will take place the week of October 14-18, 2025.

          Additional information

          • All workshops are given a 2-hour time period whether they are online or in-person. We encourage workshops to have 60+ minutes of hands-on interactivity when possible.
          • ASHG seeks to promote training in new technologies and tools and may support certain workshops more than once

              Workshop was declined:

              Thank you for your Interactive Workshop submission for the ASHG 2025 Annual Meeting Program. I regret to inform you that your proposal was not accepted.

              Common reasons the Digital Learning Committee declines to program a workshop include:

              • The proposal had insufficient benefits and/or learning objectives for an ASHG audience.
              • The proposal did not adequately demonstrate interactive components and/or lacked sufficient details.
