4 bar graphs (4 varierties) from the FCS filtering

      Description

      GOAL: Using Brandon's spreadsheet below, make 4 bar graphs, one for each variety. each bar graph will have 3 bars:
      1. prefilter
      2. After adapter
      3. After adapter and contaminant filtering.

          I think we do a bar graph of # of Nucleotides removed.
          From the residue counts row, use these #'s.

          We can't do # of sequences because we actually increase that # by splitting some of our contigs.

          The average length barely moves so it is not worth reporting.
