Add Delete button functionality in Color by Samtools tags table

          Description

          Currently the delete button that appears in the Color by Samtools Tags table only has a placeholder.

          Fix: Clicking the delete button should remove the row and fill in an empty row at the end of the table seamlessly.

                Tested using Main branch installer on Mac.

                Delete button removes the value and color in the Color by... > Edit Tags and Color window.
