          Description

          As part of quickload to trackhub conversion, we need to generate hub.txt file.
          Sample hub.txt :
          hub IGBQuickLoad
          shortLabel IGB QUICK LOAD
          longLabel Generated from IGB QuickLoad
          genomesFile genomes.txt
          email myEmail@address
