          Description

          Goal: To better summarize the contig #'s at each step in the reference free pipeline.
          We should see them dwindle as we hone in on our gene set that we care about.

          The numbers we need to see for each variety.

          1. Number of reads
          2. de novo contigs created
          3. contigs after adapter filter
          4. contigs after FCS filtering
          5. contigs that match a SolyID
          6. contigs that do not match a soly ID
          7. # of interpro matches and the types.
          8. # of transdecoder putative proteins
          9. # of CDHIT cluster.
