          Description

          While testing I noticed that IGB will not open a file with the extension ".fna".

          A file with this extension is actually a FASTA file and so IGB should support it.

          Changing the extension from .fna to .fasta allowed IGB to open the file with no problems.

          There are many file extensions for FASTA files that we need to make sure are supported in IGB:

          -(.fasta, .fa, .fna, .fsa, .mpfa)

                My testing verifies that all of the specified FASTA file types are now compatible with IGB. Since this story is resolved it will now be closed.
