Fix Image Responsiveness in IGB News Section on Mobile View

          Description

          Images in the IGB News section are not rendering correctly on mobile devices, they overflow or appear improperly scaled, breaking the layout.

              I've looked through the IGB News page on my phone and confirmed that all images are now properly resized to mobile view and are behaving as expected when I click on them.

              Pranav demonstrated how BioViz News looks with his changes on mobile - image responsiveness appears to be fixed. I then tested his changes locally on my Mac and found that all images are still appropriately sized and link to the appropriate image when clicked.
