GOAL:
We recieved Kelsey's R script that was used to generate some deseq comparisons .
We need to run it and make sure it works fine.
Thing is, it was shared as a MS Word doc !!!

So We need to copy the code into a new QMD file and ensure it works fine.

Nothing more to do with this for now. Once we chat with Kelsie again, we will get some new areas to focus on.
To run the script as is, we also need ITAG Go terms which are in the Google drive. However they do not appear to get used and these lines likely can be removed.

The code for 8Hour 25C versus 37C works. (For Heinz)
As written the script repeats EVERYTHING for each variety and thus becomes a VERY long script.
Brandon's script will be a bit shorter as it calls functions once.
