Description
GOAL: To make a large table that can be easily read in Excel.
Column 1 gene name.
Col 2: Followed by description of gene.
Deseq results at 8 hours, 3 hours, EBseq patterns.
AND then the raw salmon counts tables??!!
Lots of columns. This might need to be tabs of sheets. Or at the very least a folder on google drive with all names consistent for easy hunting.
