Nav Bar and footer Cleanup and UX Improvements

          Description

          Revamp the navigation bar for clarity and usability.

          Tasks include:

          1. Move the "IGB JIRA Board" link to the last item in the dropdown menu.
          2. Add a label or icon to the IGB JIRA Board item indicating that login is required.
          3. Rename "Apps for IGB" to "IGB Apps" for better consistency.
          4. Compare and align the hamburger menu behavior and design between Apps for IGB and Bioviz.org navigation bars.
          5. Remove the "Install IGB" button from the mobile navigation bar for a cleaner mobile UI.
          6. Remove "© UNC Charlotte, all rights reserved" from the footer.
          7. Update YouTube Icon to Latest Version

                Tested on Mac, Windows, and mobile. The Install IGB button is still appearing on Mobile view (see attached), this needs to be removed per the description of this ticket. All other tasks listed appear to be complete and displaying properly!
