Improve the Species and Genome Version names shown from GenArk

          Description

          Situation: When a GenArk genome is added to IGB, the Species and Genome Version shown in the Current Genome tab of IGB are not intuitive for a user as they are the Assembly Version and the Accession, respectively.

          Task: Set the Species to use the Scientific Name and the Genome Version to use the Assembly Version. The tooltip for the Species should show the Common Name and the tooltip for the Genome Version should show the Accession.
