          Description

          Normalize Kelsey's counts tables to TPM, but also add the kegg id for each soly id in the table. Kegg ID mapping comes from 4215.

                file name is "Kelsey_counts_tpm.tsv"

                Moving to first level review in case there is table needs modification.
