Description
To repeat:
- Open this Galaxy history showing RNA-Seq data from a fruit fly genome that IGB supports: https://usegalaxy.eu/published/history?id=71e151c8e95fab78
- Open IGB.
- Click the Mona Lisa to show the Dec 2013 human genome assembly.
- Within the Galaxy window, located dataset number 40 (bam file), click "view" > GSM_treat_paired > tiny graph image > View in IGB (this is the dm6 fruit fly genome)
- Observe that IGB changes the window title and the Current Sequence tab but *does not* actually display the fruit fly data! Also, the "Load Sequence" button fails to work.
For this task, find out why this does not work. Also, test previous versions of IGB to determine when and how this bug got introduced, or if it has always been a problem.
