Description
When you open the "visualize" menu for a "fasta" file in Galaxy, the option to open it using IGB does not appear. Let's fix that so that users can use IGB to open and view the fasta file.
If we do this, then if you are using a custom genome that is not already in Galaxy to process your data, then you could potentially load that genome into IGB as a custom genome and then load your data files.
Investigate how easy or possible it would be to enable a Galaxy user to open a fasta file in IGB.
Note that a workaround to not being able to open the fasta file directly from Galaxy is just to download the fasta file and open it as a reference in that way.
